- Joe Riehle - Instruments
Lore
- Both members of the band went on to self-publish books of poetry. "So It Goes" was written by Lindsay Wood, and "39 Horses My Mom Loved" was written by Joe Riehle. The former is also the name of the Virus portion of the Virus/Chitipakatoopet double album and the latter is named after a lyric in the Wagner Quartet song "39."
- Virus was a noise rock band consisting of Samantha Siems, Susan Dalby, and Terry Thompson before it morphed into the soft-spoken word recording project it is known as today.
- Susan Dalby can be heard on Virus' sole release, "So It Goes..." chatting with Lindsay in the two conversation pieces "Next Topic" and "Patty Wood." She is also the main topic of Symphon-E's tribute to The Police "Susan."
