Joel Ocampo bought a house and farmland in Fern, IA (an unincorperated community south of Parkersburg). He has set up a recording studio and movie production facility in the house. The bands This Farm(band), Where U Sleepin, The Skidmarks, The Power Plant, I.G.B.T., etc. were created here. The movies Where's My Fucking Movie You Fucks and Asian Assassin were created here. The sequil to Where's My Fucking Movie You Fucks is in production now.

Annual Olde English Festival

This Farm is home of the annual Olde English festival, "O. E. Day". It began in Sept. 2005, and falls on the Saturday closest to Sept. 11. It is strictly invite only, with games, prizes, live music, free food, and ALL THE OLDE ENGLISH YOU CAN DRINK!!!
