The Phoenix
From The Secret History of the Cedar Valley
The Phoenix was a music store, arcade, and music venue at 209 State Street in Cedar Falls that was in operation from August 2004-2006. It was a Christian business and did not allow smoking or drinking. In the music store, CDs could be bought for $2-5 cheaper than most stores.
History
Rob Weiss, a local concert promoter, opened the Phoenix in the summer of 2004.
