History
The Teddy Boys are a pop band playing styles from 1960's Britain and American Indie Rock. They formed in Cedar Falls, Iowa in the fall of 2004, around the songwriting of brothers Harper Sires and Joel Sires Nicholas, joined by drummer Ross Klemz and bassist Devin Ferguson. They shared a passion for 1960's British Pop and local legends The Slats. In 2005 they briefly signed to No Relation Records. Their first E.P. "Songs for Swingers" was self released in the fall of 2005. Joined by Dylan Sires in Feb. 2007 they released their debut L.P. "Love After Dark" on Nov. 10th 2007. Signed to The Tyros Label in February of 2007.
