A literary zine published from 1999-2003 by Zeke and Paul Curtiss in Waterloo. Issues included poetry, prose, art, and ephemera. Contributors included Joe Riehle, Rock's Chosen Warrior, and The Wagner Quartet.
It being a free zine, the cost of publishing was met primarily through Paul Curtiss' change container, as well as through small sum donations Paul would solicit. Hence, the title.
