Bwang!, of which the original concept had been (unbeknownst to participants) similar to that of The Glorious Sloshbuckets, later came to be a sort of catch-all project for meandering jams found on unleabeled tapes and other such effluvia that didn't fit into any other particular Ragman Records band. In a similar fashion, Panasonic Youth began as a noisy 90-minute feedback jam by Chuck Hoffman, Steve Wilson, and Joe Riehle and ended up being a similar catch-all bin, but oriented more towards material that was less explicitly guitar-oriented, and more likely to feature electronics, effects, found-audio and found-text.
