A home on Franklin St. named by Matt Hundley as the House of Kitty Hell, so named for the cats residing there--"Saskia", "Nico" and "Jasmine-otherwise known as Wuzza Wuzza".

Hanging Tree practiced in the basement of this home as well as hosting several outrageous parties, some featuring bands such as The Glorious Sloshbuckets and the Violent Love Cowboys.
