The zine Dog On Fire, "The journal of alternative culture and voluntary insanity," never actually materialized, but was advertised for a time on flyers that appeared in various locations on College Hill and CoOp Records. Excited by the prospect and disappointed by its never actually publishing an issue, Chuck Hoffman and Jeremy Spaulding eventually started Clipper Gore.
